Silicon Valley headquartered conversational messaging platform Gupshup has announced raising $ 100 Mn from the New York based alternative investments firm, valuing the company at $ 1.4 Bn.
Gupshup provides its application programming interface to businesses for customer engagement across more than 30 communication channels, especially SMS.
This includes providing chat bots, bot building tools, omni channel inbox capabilities, conversational AI & client side software to manage communication.
