Retail platform and food and grocery B2B marketplace, Jumbotail, has raised $85M in a Series C funding round led by Artal Asia Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of global equity investment firm Invus.
This round brings the total capital raised to $125 million. The Bengaluru-based startup had raised Rs 35 crore in debt from Alteria Capital in June this year. Prior to that, Jumbotail had raised $25 million in an equity round completed in January 2021.
The startup will use the funds to triple its team and scale its core B2B marketplace to 100 cities and towns across India.
