Jaipur-based social commerce startup DealShare raised $144 million at a post-money valuation of $455 million. The round was led by Tiger Global, WestBridge Capital, Alpha Wave Incubation, and Z3Partners, with participation from DST Global, Matrix Partners India, and Alteria Capital.
