Software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup Whatfix is in active talks to raise $80-90 million as a part of its Series D round, led by SoftBank Vision Fund II, at a valuation of $500-550 million.
This will mark SoftBank’s second investment in the Indian SaaS sector in the last five months.
